I’m a freelance photographer with a passion for storytelling. I currently live and work out of Brisbane (Meanjin), Australia but love travelling to new places.

For me, photography is a platform for stories to be told and voices to be heard. I studied photojournalism so there’s nothing I like better than capturing the extraordinary in the ordinary; those little candid moments that often go unnoticed. They tell a story like nothing else can.

My passion is fuelled by a desire to travel and document far off places and other cultures, as well as an innate curiosity in humankind and a love for nature. I specialise in live music, editorial, theatre and events of all kinds, from markets, weddings and intimate dinners to large-scale corporate events and activations. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with many inspiring people and companies such as Australian Traveller Magazine, Salesforce, TripleJ, DoubleJ, The Tides, Kmart, Magento, TheMusic.com.au and UNICEF Australia to name a few.

Some other things you need to know about me:

• I’ve always been a creative person and on a cosy afternoon you’ll probably find me splashing some paint around;

• I have a background working with not-for-profit organisations and have a deep appreciation for the work they do;

• I’m totally obsessed with food and with dogs; just don’t ask me to choose between them;

• I’m that crazy plant lady. 52 currently reside in my apartment - and counting;

• I’m always looking for more ways to reduce my carbon footprint and leave the world a bit better than how I found it (I’d love to hear what’s working for you!)
